A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limit your total loss and cannot hold you liable for than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal checks. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
Return / Refund Policy
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product purchased from SuccessImage.com, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. All hardwood desk top accessory, wall file and waste basket products carry a full 12 month warranty on materials and workmanship. Chair mat laminate surface products carry a 12 month limited warranty against wear through under normal use, excluding abusive conditions such as impact, cutting, scratching or use of metal or hard tread "ball" chair castors.
Returns can be processed by calling 800-734-2085 or emailing us at sales@successimage.com to request a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days. The RMA number MUST appear on the outside of the package, as packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. The product must be returned with its complete and original packaging intact (original packaging materials, instructions, blank warranty cards, manuals, etc.) You may request a refund, a product exchange, or a credit equal to your original purchase price. We will reimburse all possible costs for any non-defective products returned or exchanged. Since some costs are beyond our control, non-defective products returned or exchanged may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Custom orders are not refundable. Please see Damaged Goods for required handling of product damaged in shipping.
Liability, either expressed or implied is limited to the cost of the products purchased and shall not extend to any other special or consequential damages.
Shipping Information
Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item. SuccessImage reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product which cannot be supplied or delivered in a manner mutually acceptable to both the customer and SuccessImage.

No Computer tracking of identifiable Information
Our computers do not track, collect or distribute personal information about its visitors. They recognize only the home server of visitors, but not e-mail addresses. In addition, our web sites track information about the visits to our web sites, and what countries those requests came from. These aggregate statistics are used internally to improve our services.
About Taxes
The products we offer for sale on this site are for retail consumers, manufactured for us by US manufacturers, or, in the case of bamboo chair mats, by Chinese manufacture. We maintain head offices in Canada as well as a location in Montana. Should your organization require an IRS W-9 form from us, please email or telephone your request to us and we will be pleased to provide the required tax documentation. As we do not maintain nexus in any state other than Montana, we are not required to charge customers from other states sales tax. For Montana residents, there is no state sales tax.
