What forms of payment does SuccessImage accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, money orders and PayPal. We will also accept checks but delivery must be held until the check has cleared. Orders can be placed directly on this web site or by fax at (866) 846-1904.

How is my order shipped?

Product orders are normally shipped via UPS to destinations within the domestic United States. Shipping costs are determined in real time directly from the carrier being used and will be determined by weight and size of the product(s) and customer location in relation to our point of distribution. Occasionally we may ship by USPS or other carrier as may be required.

How soon is my order shipped?

We attempt to ensure that all orders placed are shipped within 48 hours (2 business days). However, due to the large number of product types, variations and available wood finishes, your order may not be in our inventory at the exact time of your order. In this case, we will do our best to schedule a new production run to accommodate your requirement as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a shipping tracking number from the shipping carrier to allow detailed tracking of delivery. The notification will be provided by email to the email address you provide and will contain a link to the specific carrier used for your convenience. To receive this email information, please ensure your email address is valid and emails from successimage.com are not part of any spam blocking list. We do not under any circumstances share any email addresses.

Who do contact about problems or questions regarding the store.

Questions regarding concerns, problems, returns or products may be addressed to SuccessImage with any of the methods outlined on the Contact page. Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM - 5PM Mountain Time.

How do I determine what wood type or color matches my office?

The wood types and finishes page shows the available wood types and finishes that are available for each of our product groupings. There are however, some variations in the colors due to computer monitor differences, lighting conditions and even natural variations in the woods themselves (which is part of the beauty of natural woods!). If in doubt, please contact us for an actual color sample to be mailed to you to confirm the best match.

Are all your dimensions exact?

We attempt to provide measurements that are as accurate as possible for all products. There are however, some variations in some dimensions of products due to the manufacturing methods and finishing methods used. Most wood products are hand finished and small imperfections and blemishes in the natural wood are removed by sanding processes, which can reduce some dimensions (usually exterior dimensions) by up to 1/8 inch. This is taken into account in all our products for use with standard size office products - letter and legal size papers, memo refills, index cards, etc. and is only a concern for those planning custom or unusual uses for the products. In these cases, please consult us to confirm dimensions for your specific application.

Is my information secure when I submit an order to SuccessImage?

We utilize secure online ordering protection using the latest 128-bit encryption technology to To guard against credit card fraud, The connection between your browser and our server is encrypted with industry standard secure-socket-layer (SSL) technology, which scrambles the information so that only your browser and our server can decipher it. To use this feature, you must have an SSL enabled browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer®. While on the order processing site, you will know that this security is active by an indicator on your browser - usually an image of a padlock or a key. What is done with my customer information?

While some information is collected from our customers in order to process orders, SuccessImage highly respects the privacy of our customers. See above for credit card information, and also our Policies page for more information on use of personal data.

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

Although we go to great lengths to ensure your new accessory is well protected for shipment, accidents can still happen. If you know there is damage at the time of delivery, you should refuse to accept the package. This will force the return of the goods and rectify the problem at our end.

Otherwise, you should immediately call the carrier:

  • UPS Customer Service, at 1-800-377-4877, or
  • FedEX Customer Service at 1-800-GoFedEx (1-800-463-3339), or
  • DHL Customer Support at 1-800-CALL-DHL (1-800-225-5345),
and report a damaged package. This must occur within 10 days of delivery. The carrier will require the tracking number (an multi-digit number found on the shipping label, such as 1Z5777600123456789). An inspection by the carrier representative may be required. After reporting damage, you must hold onto the merchandise, container and all packing materials until advised otherwise.
