All hardwood desk top accessory, wall file and waste basket products carry a full 12 month warranty on materials and workmanship. Chair mat laminate surface products carry a 10 year limited warranty against wear through under normal use, excluding abusive conditions such as impact, cutting or scratching.

to request a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days. The RMA number MUST appear on the outside of the package, as packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. The product must be returned with its complete and original packaging intact (original packaging materials, instructions, blank warranty cards, manuals, etc.)
You may request a refund, a product exchange, or a credit equal to your original purchase price. We will reimburse all possible costs for any non-defective products returned or exchanged. Since some costs are beyond our control, non-defective products returned or exchanged may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Custom orders are not refundable.
